While the Olympics have concluded, the party in Paris isn’t over yet.

Beginning next week is the Paralympic Games. Among the Olympians is Miles Krajewski of Yankton, who takes the badminton court in France to represent Team USA.

The University of South Dakota Coyote began his badminton career at the age of eight at the 2013 World Dwarf Games in East Lansing, Michigan.

By the age of 10, he was competing against average height opponents and playing in his first international para-badminton tournament in Northern Ireland.

Krajewski comes to Paris with two previous medals in international competition. His most recent came at the Tokyo 2022 World Championships.

The 2024 Summer Paralympics run between Aug. 28 and Sept. 8.
