The Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation Department is looking for public feedback on its 2030 master plan.
Parks and Rec official say that this plan will shape the city’s recreational system for years to come.
“This is a crucial process, and the community’s input is invaluable,” said Director of Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation Don Kearney. “These five-year plans are created by the community for the community. We encourage everyone to share their vision for the future of parks and recreation in Sioux Falls.”
The city is asking residents to share their thoughts on the plan.
An in-person open house is Monday from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Westside Recreation Area. Input can also be shared online on the city's website.
