This weekend over 600 athletes will meet on the campus of the University of South Dakota. Tomorrow 5/16/19 is the opening ceremonies for the 51st Special Olympics of South Dakota State Summer Games. Darryl Nordquist is president of South Dakota Special Olympics, he takes a break from setting up today to talk about this event.
