The Parkston Trojans are wearing special t-shirts at the state tournament to honor their teammate Taylor Thuringer, who two years ago lost her life in a car accident.

Sioux Falls Christian defeated Dakota Valley 3-1 (14-25, 25-21, 30-28, 25-14) on Friday night.

Redfield/Doland defeated Sisseton 3-1 on Friday afternoon (25-19, 25-14, 22-25, 25-20)
