South Dakota Services for the Deaf (SDSD)

On July 31st, 1995, Doctor Jon Green becomes the fifteenth superintendent of the South Dakota School for the Deaf in Sioux Falls.

The shortage of teachers has touched every corner of South Dakota. That includes the specialists who can provide a top-quality education to students despite visual or auditory handicaps.

The South Dakota School for the Deaf is now known as the South Dakota Services for the Deaf.
