The state of South Dakota has released a new tourism strategic plan. This month we're exploring that plan with an eye toward South Dakota tourism that not only provides a strong economic boost, but that helps grow the kind of industry residents can be proud of.Today we welcome two professors from Black Hills State University. Jeff Wehrung Ph.D., is chair for the School of Business and associate professor of entrepreneurship at BHSU. Teresa Schanzenbach is an associate professor at BHSU.
