The U.S. Department of Education selects four South Dakota schools as National Blue Ribbon Schools.

Canistota/Freeman defeated Warner 12-0 on Thursday night to win their third straight 9A title.

The Warner Monarchs are the 2014 state champions in class B of volleyball. They defeated the Chester Area Flyers in four sets on Saturday night.
