An organization created to help young South Dakotans find jobs is announcing expansion and new financial donations.

In 1952 during the height of the Korean Conflict, Navy Capt. E. Royce Williams shot down four Soviet MiG-15s in a matter of 35 minutes. Fearing an escalation during the Cold War, his commanders swore him to silence until recently.
