Snow Gates In Sioux Falls

Members of Citizens for Snow Gates Teresa Stehly is leading a petition drive to force a vote requiring snow gates on plows in Sioux Falls.  She says the group has about 8400 signatures and will submit the petitions to the city at 1 p.m. Tuesday.  Also joining Dakota Midday is Sioux Falls Streets/Utilities Manager Galynn Huber.  He says the city is studying snow gates in six test areas this winter so officials can make a recommendation in March on whether to implement the devices citywide.
