Did the death of Al-Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden make America safer? If so, are there other threats to the national security with which Americans need to be concerned? Augustana College graduate Jarret Brachman, an internationally recognized specialist on terrorism and violent extremist movements, will explore how America's thinking about security has evolved after the death of Bin Laden, at the Augustana Thought Leader Forum. Brachman presents "Beyond Bin Laden: The Future of Global Terrorism" Thursday at 11:30 a.m. at C.J. Callaway's Event Center in Sioux Falls. A former Graduate Fellow at the CIA's Counterterrorist Center, Brachman now directs a new security research and training center at North Dakota State University in Fargo.
